Purchase order terms

The online store's order terms are valid from August 15, 2022.

General information about online shopping
Online store products are sold by UniMove. UniMove offers sports services for students and staff of universities in Oulu. UniMove's services are provided by Oulu University of Applied Sciences (Business ID 2509747-8) and the University of Oulu (Business ID 0245895-5). The customer's right to buy UniMove's sports services is verified through HAKA registration. The right is valid as long as the study right or the employment relationship remains in force. Product prices include VAT. UniMove reserve the right to change prices.

Ordering from the online store
Products are ordered via the internet from the online store at kauppa.unimove.fi through the shopping cart. All orders are confirmed by e-mail, which states the price of the order, any conditions and the ordered products. In order to receive an order confirmation, you must provide a valid email address when ordering. The customer commits to the delivery conditions in force with each order.

Order confirmation
We will send an order confirmation by e-mail, where you can see:

  • the order number
  • the total amount of the order

Delivery method
The rights to the sports services are activated immediately after purchase. Sometimes activation requires logging out as well as re-logging in after the purchase. In the UniMove application, you will find a UniMove mobile card, which serves as proof of payment of the sports fee. The mobile card shows the validity period of your access to sports services. You can download free UniMove-app to your mobile phone from AppStore or Google Play.

Exchange and return conditions
There is no right of exchange or refund for the purchased service. If the minimum number of participants for a course is not reached, the course may be cancelled and course fees paid will be refunded. In the case of refunds, the refund will be made to the payment method used in the order.
